Steven
Hi everybody,

I'm the left handed one in the band and hold my guitar the wrong way round. That is why I have recently started to play keyboard on some songs. Nobody will then beable to tell I'm a wrongey.

I'm also a techo freak and like nothing better than running the ampage of our equipment as close to the limits of a ring main as possible.

This has seen a gradual introduction of lights, lasers, uv lighting, smoke to name but a few. Then onto the more important equipment more amps than are actually needed, a box (built by my own hands to be just humanly possible to carry by one person) that used to house all the additional equipment but now only holds inline effect processors. And because I can our lighting rig has now been doubled for future gigs starting in March!  (I'm currently in developement to get half the lighting on motorized systems so they will all move as well, just a few things to work out, but I'll get there! I'm even closer, Egypt has enlightened me with the knowledge to build what is needed through long passages of deep thought and showering, it came to me like a vision, a vision of light, but when I got home decided to forget that and bought 6 new lights including 4 scanners which are all dmx controlled and provide unlimited future potential ;)

Ignore the last paragraph, we have now got rid of the amplifiers, crossovers and lots of wiring and moved to the best sound system you can buy, we are now MAKIE ACTIIVE!!! Come and see us to believe it, we also have a full stage lighting rig and banners and everything you could want! Just come and see us :)

Enough rambling though I've added a few links below.

Keep on rockin' in the free world! Cheers!

Glastonbury 2007

Hi everyone Im off to Glastonbury in 2 days time, Im struggling to get all the wiring sorted for our next gig as well as looking after my nana plus sorting glastonbury, my vegatables and birthdays over the weekend, aarrrggghh! and working full time work as well

The next week will be probably one of the best of my life at Glastonbury again but also I forgot I'd agreed to a gig on Saturday that is too important to pull out of so Ill be back on Saturday for our first next level gig as THE VENDETTAS and on to bigger and better things!!

All the best

Stevie

Upgrades to website

Some of you may have noticed changes in the website over the weekend. I've been working hard to get easier layout and compactibility to the site. Plus virtual characters for us all and ways for you to send us money for all the hard work we do to entertain you. Any comments let me know.
Cheers

More time out for the Vendettas

Hi, we're having more time off, holidays for some members as they fly out in first class for a holiday very far away from Blighty. I've also realised that the amount of band equipment a band can own is only restricted by the size of your car (Unless you buy a van), at the moment the new lighting rig will only be used for larger venues as I've run out of space :( On a different matter, after the gig at The Travellers Rest the future looks bright, the future looks Vendettas. If you weren't there it was brilliant, the best we've played and forget that we now have a new sound. Check out new gigs for the experience. I'm also chained in the bedroom learning new piano based rock n roll and perfecting the songs we currently play. Working hard for you all. Slidepheromone!

Home

Hi everybody, sorry couldn't do more while out there it was too expensive for the little time you got on line. Although if I had a laptop all the hotel was broadband. We landed tonight well ahead of schedule with no problems, Nana slept through most of the flight but we've got used to this by now. Basically it was a fab holiday and hotel, if you're okay walking. (Because it is not built up it is well spread out) I'll add a few pictures and perhaps a few videos later, but for now this Vendetta is nik knacked. Steven

Blog up at last but not going to be very often

Hi, finally sorted accress at this end but costs 5 quid for 1/2 hour.

After good flight out and landed on time. Got picked up from the airport in a taxi laden with wolf fur and toy head rests of wolves, very odd.

Resort is fab, losts of pools and lots of sun. My Nana has taken to sleeping all the time, on my birthday night see was seen to be sleeping through Hokey Cokey Cokey at 8 Oçlock, 6 Oçlock your time. Plus many more pictures to demonstate this. She was soon put to bed and me and Mum partied hard, as you can with the two of you.

Booked in for a scuba diving course, had yesterday in the pool and theory tests and this morning went out onto walkway and completed a 30 minute 6 meter dive. I'm getting a certificate and watching the recorded video in less than half an hour.

There seems to be an infestation of mosquittos only in our room, Mum has now surpassed 35, and my ancles look like I'm wearing a red band.

How alls well your end, get back Monday night. Seeya Steven

Getting ready for Egypt

Only a few hours until I'll be leaving the country, I hate flying and everyone around me knows it. As soon as we touch down at least I can enjoy the holiday before trying to fly home. Got my snorkell, flippers, 4 gig of photo memory and 3 under water cameras? anything else, I don't think so. Just got to get my Nan on the plane and off again. Thinking about you all Slidepheromone! ps I'll post some pictures if I can.
